Johnson & Johnson
Driving Global Health Storytelling for Johnson & Johnson
For nearly seven years, I partnered with Johnson & Johnson’s Global Community Impact division to elevate the company’s leadership in global health. Working across multiple J&J teams, I led creative direction, digital strategy, and content development that amplified their work to support women and girls, strengthen the global health workforce, and address preventable diseases. Our approach combined strategic communications, strong visual storytelling, and deep expertise in global development to help J&J stand out in a crowded landscape. Together, we designed advocacy campaigns, brokered media partnerships, produced thought leadership content, and managed a cohesive digital presence that inspired engagement and action.
A central pillar of this work was leading and producing more than ten national and international content captures that documented partners and frontline health workers around the world. These shoots provided a library of high-impact photography and video used across social media, digital campaigns, events, environmental design, and partner toolkits. The success of this approach set a new standard for content creation across J&J and its collaborating agencies. I also led creative direction for Johnson & Johnson’s presence at the One Young World Summit for four consecutive years, including the development of immersive booth experiences, interactive digital tools, and on-the-ground social storytelling.
To expand visibility for J&J’s global impact, I oversaw creative and content strategy for the @JNJGlobalHealth channels, spotlighting changemakers, elevating underrepresented issues, and amplifying community voices. Our team supported the Johnson & Johnson Corporate Citizenship Trust by producing monthly newsletters, designing annual reports, and shaping digital rollouts that showcased the Trust’s programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Across every touchpoint, my focus was on building meaningful narratives, championing partners, and creating compelling, mission-driven content that moved people to care — and to act.
